For support and success teams
Support is the same twenty answers, written fresh, all day. The words are not hard, the volume is. Flit lets you speak the reply and expand the boilerplate with a phrase, so the typing stops being the bottleneck.

No integration, no plugin, no waiting for support. Flit types wherever your cursor already is.
How it works
Wherever you would normally type: your helpdesk, Slack, a browser tab. Flit has no window of its own to switch to.
Speak normally, fillers and all. A small bar shows the words arriving as you say them, so you can see it working.
Finished text appears at your cursor about 0.7 seconds later, punctuated and formatted. No copying, no cleanup, no second window.
Prefer not to hold a key? Tap once to lock it on, or arm hands-free mode and Flit starts when you speak. Escape cancels any dictation.
The same explanation, retyped for the fortieth time this week.
Macros live in a different tool than the one you are typing in.
Customer details in a ticket are not something you want uploaded.
Going faster usually costs you the tone your team is known for.

The snippet expands mid-sentence and your own words continue around it.
Snippets expand anywhere you can type, in the middle of a sentence if you want. Triggers forgive the small differences in how you actually speak, and the expansion is inserted exactly as you wrote it.
Tone controls keep replies friendly in chat and professional in mail, per app, so speed never costs you the register your team is known for.
Add your product names, SKUs, and internal jargon to the dictionary once. They are spelled correctly every time, by a fixed rule rather than a model guess.
Everything runs on the agent’s Mac. No account, no telemetry, no server, so a ticket full of customer details never travels anywhere.

Do not take our word for it
Pull the network cable and dictate a reply. It still lands. Customer detail cannot leak from a request that is never made.
Yes. Flit types wherever you can put a cursor, including browser tabs and Electron apps, which is where most support tools live.
Snippets are per Mac today, stored in a JSON file you can copy between machines. There is no account system, which is deliberate.
No. Flit is bought once, covers up to 2 of your own Macs, and there is no Pro tier holding features back.
