The short version
If Flit is not working out, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund it. That covers the $49 license and any $29 update renewal, each within 30 days of its own charge. You do not need a compelling story. "It was not for me" is enough.
Try it free first
Flit comes with 7 days free, every feature on, no card up front. The trial exists so that most people never need this page: you find out whether it fits before any money moves.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the receipt from your purchase and a line about why. The receipt is what we need; the reason is optional but genuinely useful, because refund emails are the most honest product feedback that exists.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method by our payment processor. Allow 5 to 10 business days for it to appear, which is the processor's timeline rather than ours.
The edges, stated plainly
- The window is 30 days from the date of each charge. After that, the sale is final, except where the law says otherwise.
- A refunded license stops being a license. The app has no server to deactivate you, so this works on honesty: if you were refunded, delete the app rather than keeping both.
- Repeat purchase-and-refund cycles of the same license are not a free rental scheme, and we may decline a refund where the pattern makes that obvious.
- Update renewals are optional and bought deliberately, so each one carries its own fresh 30 day window.
Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country, including withdrawal rights in the EU and UK. Where local law gives you more than this policy does, local law wins.
Who you are dealing with
Flit is made by Fore Studio. Payment collection and receipts are handled by our merchant of record, whose name appears on your receipt and card statement.
