If Flit is not working out, email us within 30 days of buying it and we will refund it. You do not need a compelling story. "It was not for me" is enough. The window runs from your first purchase, so a later $19 update renewal is not separately refundable.

How to request a refund
Email hi@flit.fyi with the receipt from your purchase and a line about why. The receipt is what we need; the reason is optional but genuinely useful, because refund emails are the most honest product feedback that exists.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Paddle, who collected the payment. Allow 5 to 10 business days for it to appear, which is their timeline rather than ours.
The edges, stated plainly
- The window is 30 days from your first purchase of a license. After that, the sale is final.
- A refunded license stops being a license. The app has no server to deactivate you, so this works on honesty: if you were refunded, delete the app rather than keeping both.
- Buying and refunding the same license again and again is a free rental, not a refund, and we may decline one where that is clearly the pattern.
- Update renewals are not separately refundable. Nothing renews on its own and no card is kept on file, so a renewal is bought by hand, a year in, by someone who has used the app for that year. Bought one by mistake? Tell us and we will fix it.
Cash back for posting about Flit
The cash-back offer is separate from this policy. If a post you make about Flit is seen by enough people, we refund half or all of what you paid for a Personal license, and you keep the license. Lifetime and Team licenses are not part of it.
Who you are dealing with
Flit is made by Fore Studio. Payment collection, receipts and tax are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, whose name appears on your receipt and card statement. If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
